Visitor Report(s)28 June 2006 Caravan Park is set in a beautiful location with excellent facilities. The main site has the pitches very close together so as to cram as many units in as possible. If you are accustomed to the non-commercial type sites, such as those owned by the Caravan Club, you would be appalled at how small the pitches are! The overflow area known as \'The Paddock\' is absolutely appalling! The only time I have seen similar scenes is on televison when travellers\' camps have featured in the news. It was such an awful experience that we left on the first afternoon despite the fact that the owner categorically refused to give us a refund, even though they re-let the pitch that they had reserved for us. Luckily we found a caravan park just down the road - The Willows which was absolutely delightful and the wardens were incredibly kind and accomodating. What a contrast!
