In the school summer holidays they put you in an overflow field even if you book early, as we did. It is ugly - razor wire on one side - and has smelly porta loos, railway on other side. Not even on site, you have to drive out of the park to get to it. Placed right next to notorious Turlin Moor estate - look it up on the web and you'll find the stories of anti social behaviour . We had an incident of someone trying to get into one of the tents in the night. Security are there but can't catch everyone, so you dont relax. We left early and I'm seeking full refund.

just to let you know...I got an apology and offer of full refund today which I have accepted. At least my complaint was taken seriously and dealt with quickly. Its refreshing that they have acknowledged that I deserved a refund
