It was very dark upon arrival so it was a case of pitch and sleep. We were woken by the sounds of country life, sheep baa\'ing, horses braying and of course the cockerel.
First impressions were a run down appearance, but the owner was very friendly. The toilet/shower block could do with some modernisation and where the campers wash dishes requires a roof. Make sure you have all food and ameneties as the nearest shop is quite a distance away.
The grass was very long and beware the ground is very uneven. All told it is a quiet pleasant site that just needs a little tlc from the owners. Thanks for a tranquil weekend.
