Visited May 2005 - first time but definitely not the last! Beautiful, quiet location - our advice is to pitch near the lake (Take rock pegs for an easier time - ground is stony but incredibly free draining - we know 'cos it rained v.heavily!) Friendly staff and clean facilities at a budget price - what more can you ask!

Hi everyone,,,,, I can say in all honesty that this site is well worth a look.
The staff are very very friendly and give you a warm welcome.
It\'s an oasis of calm.
Pitching up by the lakes is fantastic, there are no clubs or discos on site - say no more. But there is lots to do locally as its only 5 minutes from quaint Woodhall Spa. I cannot recommend this place higher than saying I\'d take my mum there and she\'s choosey hee hee! Enjoy your time there - you\'ll definately want to return...... the fishings great, the local restaurants are excellent, and the European premier golf course, Woodhall Spa, is very welcoming. Plenty of shops for the ladies to browse and old English tea-rooms...... Enjoy---lots...
