30 October 2004 Visited in September 04, site is going through change of management at present. the site is excellent with good camping areas and touring sites. The facilities are good, but could do with a refurbishment. This is all planned and the details are available in the site office. Also plans for the big house on the site to be brought back into use as a club/resturant but this had not been cleared when we were there. The Rose and Thistle in the hamlet is excellent and you are made to feel very welcome by everyone. A very good site which can only get better.
