Our new shower block includes free hot showers and a family/disabled room. Overlooking countryside views, yet just a 10 minute stroll into the town, for shops, pubs, restaurants, sports centre. Walk along Malmesbury's riverside walk which cicumnavigates the town. Visit the Abbey and beautiful Abbey House Gardens. See you soon!
How to find us
From M4 tunction 17, take the A429 north towards Cirencester. After 5 miles turn into Arches Lane and follow signs to campsite (500 yds). Just south of Malmesbury.
Lots to do locally
Where do you start? Shopping at Swindon's Outlet centre, Fishing in the river near the campsite, Walking, Cycling, Golf. Visit local gardens - Bowood, Westonbirt Arboretum, historic sites: Stonehenge, Avebury, Silbury Hill; National trust: Lacock, Dyrham Park; The Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol.......to name a few. Easily accessible north, south, east and west.
Visitor Report(s)17 January 2006 We stayed here in 2004 and to date this is one of the best site we have visited. The site is one large flat field and to our delight very close to the town - 5 minutes walk.
