I have visited this site many time over the last 25 - + years. This is a great site, close the Dales, pretty riverside location but a new broom - manager has taken over. I and number of others were refused a pitch for the weekend, as he was expecting some people who might attend an event - his canoe club / shop was organising on the Saturday may want to stay over on the Saturday night. Booking is NOW essential.
